The best part of the stay was food and view. Sadaqat at the saffron restaurant really took care of us and served us with smile. Reception staff can learn from Sadaqat on how to be courteous and smile. Late night at 3 am was loud banging of the door, I called reception and no one picked up, I gave up after 15 mins, the sound didn't stop until morning. Check In and Reception staff service is zero but food/restaurant area is top notch and view was awesome it was quiet retreat away from city

Hotel needs maintenance very bad. Took half an hour for hot water to run. Poor heating system. Room was cold. No heat vent in bathroom. Bathroom extremely cold.

Nice and quiet location
Good except the heat was running at full blast and there was no thermostat to control it. Room service was good but a bit too expensive.

Nice place in the beautiful hills
The rooms were beautiful. If you can get the executive room you feel like you're in heaven. I loved the atmosphere and the staff was available at all times. Lee in mind their restaurant is delicious but their timing ends around eleven thirty.

Overall nice stay...
It was a good stay, clean and peaceful place. There is a nice play area for kids. Food is expensive, my 10 years son was surprised to see 69 Rs price tag on a 10 Rs Lays chips pack. The room rates on hotels.com are over priced, especially for family suites, which was available at 100$ less if you pay on the counter.
