A special mention to Daniyal, who went above and beyond - particularly in assisting us during a medical situation, ensuring everything was handled quickly and with great care. His support, along with that of Mohsin during a memorable rooftop visit, really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We would also like to recognise the wider team across the executive lounge, housekeeping, and front of house, all of whom contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience. Overall, a fantastic stay - we would not hesitate to return and recommend the hotel to others. "

"We had a wonderful time at this location. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Food was great. Just on snag at the breakfast was the indifference of the supporting staff. Getting regular tea bags became such a big problem. One minor issue was the bathroom door lock. You could not lock it and if you did you couldn’t unlock it. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel strongly."

"Avoid this place. I booked 10 days for my wife, when she arrived an old man “the owner” said we don’t take any online bookings, pay 8000rs cash now. The guy was very rude. I had to contact Expedia for my money, Expedia then gave me a replacement hotel. The owner works there and it’s not a hotel, it’s a restaurant with some nasty old rooms. Avoid it at all cost!"
