Villas in Island Armona

"My daughter (aged 9) and I have just returned from a lovely week at Domes Lake Algarve and she is already asking when we can go back. The hotel is a great balance of big, but not too big. We were there mid-August (which I imagine will be one of the busiest weeks of the year) but always managed to find sunbeds when needed and the sand pool is a genius concept. My daughter also loved her sessions at KiEPOS (kids club) which gave me some time to relax and enjoy the spa. A great week all round. "

"This hotel is on the top floor of a shopping g mall. You enter through the mall. When the mall is closed you can walk around the empty mall… it’s kind of cool. "

"The Real Marina is a great hotel, whose staff go above and beyond at their jobs. The rooms are big, clean, and have AC. Bed is comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. The free internet has enough bandwidth to stream content if needs be. The hotel is not too far from numerous restaurants in Olhao, and it is perfectly positioned for getting a water taxi to the beaches, and the seafood festival. The only negatives I have with my stay there are to do with the bar. The prices of drinks were inconsistent (I paid €15 for a beer and Coke the first day, then €9 at another occasion), and the food options at lunch were not great."

"Everything about this hotel was amazing from the moment we got there. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, amazing roof top pool and bar. The whole vibe is very chilled. Only negative is they don’t have food at the pool bar on a Monday which we weren’t aware of and that was our only pool day so had to go out to get lunch. We did find a lovely place so didn’t make a huge difference. "
