"Room was large for ny standards. Clean. Quiet. Windows open. And the air cools and heats super well and quickly. Great for sleeping. Bed was too hard. Only complaint."

"In side the hotel is clean, but needs a lot up grade. The blinds are broken, the shower curtain is falling off, the water was going down in the sink. It's was very noisy even in the middle of the night you can hear people fighting, playing loud music slamming doors. The breakfast was terrible dry bread and bitter coffee. The front desk didn't even asked about your stay. Will i stay again, no i don't thibk so."

"We love 1Hotel. This was our fourth visit. However, this visit was different. From the loud music playing until two oclock in the morning, to the garbage left behind outside the entrance to the nightclub, the vibe was not at all what we experienced previously during our trips to Brooklyn. We sincerely hope the decision to use the upstairs floor as a nightclub is reconsidered. Being kept awake by loud music is not acceptable. Also, there was a bag of trash sitting on top of the trashcan for two days.Such a shame for this beautiful hotel. Attention to detail is what made this hotel so special."

"Overall, it was great for the location. The room is small so only recommend if you’re traveling solo. The toilet in the shower is pretty crazy so luckily I didn’t have to take one (but I guess I would have it work!)."
