"Breakfast was good and plenty of it. I know you provide coffee and tea round the clock but would be nice if you could make it in your own room rather than having to go down to the restaurant to get one. Good location for the train station,staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks"

"I don't usually stay in the lower east side of Manhattan but there is so much to see and do there! The Holiday Inn was clean, well located and my room was more spacious than I expected. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and you can walk over the bridge to Williamsburg in Brooklyn. I recommend the Tenement museum which is right around the corner. It was a good experience."

"Really clean. No carpet, wood floor and tile, very Asian design which I like. The rooftop access was great! Both the sunrise and evening views of the skyline are beautiful. 24/7 all you can eat bagels was nice."
