"We traveled with teens and booked a room with bunk beds. Room was beautifully designed, every inch useful and pretty. Beds super comfy! My husband is now looking into what type of mattresses are used, hoping to purchase one for home. We also used a spa, and kids had a blast playing in a main hall table tennis. Spa was extremely relaxing; and the grounds with animals and gardens were inspiring. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choice, so any dietary restrictions could be met if needed. Overall, a great experience. Already recommended this hotel to friends."

"I couldn't have imagined a better way to experience autumn in the Quebec City region. The fee was extremely reasonable for a 2-bedroom condo on two levels. There was a lovely, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, little back garden, and plenty of comfortable sleeping space for our party of five. The unit and surrounding property was very clean, and we were perfect distance to visit the cathedral in St. Anne de Beaupre, drive to Ile d'Orleans, and drive into Quebec City for the day. I took off a star for customer service because I didn't realize the property was on a different road from the resort, and I didn't have have roaming service on my phone on the mountain. We drove up to the head office, and I asked for information and if I could get on the wifi. I found the young woman who served us in customer service to be rude. She didn't even acknowledge me until I said something, and we had just been traveling for 3 hrs from Montreal with my mother who is 80. Alternatively, when I called and spoke to someone on the phone beforehand they were very kind. I speak French, so that was certainly not the issue. What I am saying is a smile and a friendly voice is what customer service is. It goes a long way for weary travelers."
