"Overall, the stay was good. The rooms seemed small and the bathroom was very small. Recommendations: replace the toasters in the breakfast area with two four-slice quality toasters. They do not work well and took forever. There were five people waiting to use the toasters. iIt was awkward having the safe in the bottom of the closet. My husband had to lay on the floor to use the safe."

"Keys did not work. Got locked out. Took over an hour to get unprofessional staff to help get into room. Staff swearing during conversations about hotel staff not responding. Rooms lack general maintenance. Left to another hotel. No policies and procedures exist when keys don’t work. Staff stated batteries in door lock needed to be changed. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
