"Not sure where you start, not sure where it got the third star from. I got bit by bed bugs, so mattress need to be changed, no fire alarm and one plug socket which was the TV one we used, lucky we had an extension lead. No fire exits and if on 4th floor then you need to take the lift to 2nd floor ..."

"Room temp is controlled at the front desk. Our room was sweltering upon arrival and sought advice at the desk to learn that they actually control the temp. Shower was out of body wash. Water leaked from the shower into the open floor area and we blocked with a towel. Bed was good. Room was clean. ..."
