This is the best boutique hotel in the Kalamis region of Kadıköy İstanbul. İt reeks of quality and the staff is held to the highest standards. We met the owners and they are very warm and talented professionals.

Location location location ! I would stay here because of the location of the noise does not bother you. I chose this hotel because they said in the description that the rooms were sound proof however the music from the area bars continued till 2-3 am and kept us awake.

I have stayed at this property previously, and it is very nice, and clean. Very much a boutique hotel. Did not receive any VIP perks, even as a gold member. Nothing offered, disappointing to say the least..

The staff members went above and beyond to cater to my every need. Great staff and generally very clean property. Facilities wasn’t great. Power was off for hours. Had to ask several times for a second key card. Stench of fertiliser near entrance. Lots of mozzies around the area. Overpriced for what it is.

Breakfasts were different and good. Staff was soo helpful and kind we had a group of 19. From a family wedding in Bodrum Loved the rooms we especially appreciated the balcony and the sustainability efforts with controlling power and glass water bottles instead of plastic. Marina walkway nearby and a park. Lots of convenience with nearby restaurants

Fenerbahçe Jewel… Part Two..
This was a continuation of a previous stay due to a medical issue. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The restaurant staff especially were very attentive and because we were there for another 5 days, we grew to really appreciate their courtesy and level of service. Front desk as well, and housekeepers made a special effort to work around our needs. I learned that it is a family business, and you understand how hard they try to meet your needs.

This was a very pleasant experience, it is a small unique boutique hotel with an excellent restaurant, and an art gallery in the lower level. Staff was very accommodating, bed and bedding, very comfortable, could use an update to storage for guest clothing, adding more drawers space. Highly recommend for both business and pleasure.

Good memories, not the right place.
It was over all bad with poor service, the guy on the reciption desk did not speak English at all and was not helpful. We aasaked for iron they bring us the iron and with no table they said use the bed to iron ur clothes!! Also the shower door did nott close, the flush in the toilet was damaged and kept making noise all night.curtains were bad and light would come in the room early in the morning. The bold old guy was the only good thing in the hotel.

The hotel was very pretty, trendy and new. The location is not bad and close distance to main areas for shopping and dining. My only regret was the staff as they were not as friendly as other hotels I have stayed. A simply smile, good morning or a chat would have gone a long way to get a perfect score.

Boutique hotel
39 Kalamış Marina is an excellent venue to stay for couples, families as well as business travellers. It has a relaxed vibe and a georgeous bar/restaurant located at the front. The building also hosts an art gallery at the basement and top floors - beautiful pieces to see and buy. Just across the road you can access one of the marinas and a large waterfront park which is quite safe to stroll. The hotel is in a well-established residential neighbourhood in walking distance to many shops and cafes. Our room was one of the smallish ones, clean and comfortable with A/C. The building next door was being demolished when we were there so there was some noise during daytime when the balcony door was open. What can be improved is the facilities in the room (need more/better hangers, a small table and chair to work) and the in-room lighting. Currently the lighting consists of a few spots placed in the ceiling creating strong shadows on one's face. May be good to display art objects, but not for doing your make-up!

During the checkin, they didnt ask for my contact details. I came to the room with my driver carrying my bags, because there was no help, and the receptionist asked if I am staying single at the room instead of helping for bags. The room was dirty, I needed to clear the side tables with wet napkins, which turned to black. The next day I left the room to go to a meeting. Instead of calling me for check out time, or if I want to extend, they packed my suits into a big bag without hangers, like bed sheets. They jammed my toothbrush with my diarrhea medicine which ruined my electronic brush. They put my laptop in a bag with my keys which scratched the surface. and took them to lobby. No respect to privacy. and when I asked them why they didnt call, they showed me my contact number hotels.com sent which had extra digit on it, hence they couldnt reach me. So in between hotels.com mistake and the hotel, I ended up suffering.

Wonderful stay
Amazing hotel staff on reception very helpful. Could not fault the meals not the cheapest but quality and taste excellent. Didn't have breakfast during our stay so not sure what thats like. Twin room on the small side but very clean and comfortable. Double walk in shower, nice fluffy towels. Only downside is there is no full lengh mirror. Would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.

Oldukça temiz ve sessiz bir odaydı. Oldukça merkezi, altta restoranı mevcut, odaları oldukça yeni ve çok kaliteliydi. Karşısında Divan, Develi, yakınında Sushico, Günaydın, Saca Marin mevcut, tam karşısı marina. Tek eksik belki odadaki tv de netflix olmaması ve screenshare yapılamaması olabilir.
