The hotel is a nice place, the city it’s beautiful and staff very very nice people. You should know that there's a mosque next door, where they start their praises at 4:30 a.m., which can cause problems with rest. It's the same throughout the country. For everything else, everything's perfect.

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with spacious and well-organized rooms. Excellent staff very accommodating for checking. I booked an overnight stay but arrived in the morning of my departure so they accommodate for a couple of hours. Also breakfast was very good and they are happy to get to breakfast five minutes before it closed. Staff was very friendly professional speak very good English, especially the lady at the reception.

Praktisches Hotel in Flughafennähe

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben Ende April eine Nacht im Luxury Airport Hotel By Zazzoni in Arnavutköy verbracht, da wir spät abends am Flughafen Istanbul (IST) ankamen. Die Lage in Flughafennähe war für uns entscheidend, und mit dem Taxi waren wir in wenigen Minuten beim Hotel. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, das Personal war freundlich und half uns mit dem Gepäck bis ins Zimmer. Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen modernen Eindruck. Allerdings gab es kleinere Mängel im Zimmer – etwa eine fehlende Leiste neben dem Fernseher oder ein fehlender Taster am Lichtschalter, was den Gesamteindruck etwas trübte. Die Zimmer waren ansonsten sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Leider ließ sich das Fenster nicht ganz dicht schließen, sodass wir morgens vom Muezzinruf von der direkt nebenan liegenden sehr großen Moschee geweckt wurden. Fluglärm war hingegen nicht zu hören. Das Frühstück war als Buffet gestaltet, allerdings mit Schwerpunkt auf warme Speisen im lokalen Stil. Die Auswahl war eher begrenzt, und Kaffee musste separat erfragt werden, wobei es auch nur wasserlöslichen Kaffee gab. Fazit: Für eine kurze Übernachtung in Flughafennähe ist das Hotel absolut geeignet. Trotz kleinerer Schwächen würden wir bei einer ähnlichen Reisesituation wiederkommen.
