We stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the grand bazaar with many attractions along the way. Breakfast was included and had a good selection available. Would definitely visit again, thank you for making our stay as comfortable as possible!

The staff at this hotel are nothing short of outstanding and so welcoming to foreigners visiting their country. It was nice to be greeted daily by amazing staff members who were more than happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel is super close to Sultan Ahmet square which hosts the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia which was great because that was our everyday scene. Super close to trams and the grand bazaar. Very very convenient. Id definitely stay here again if i come back to Turkey.

Great location, spacious room, comfy bed, and nice extras like complimentary snacks. However, the smell in the bathroom and hallways, likely from the sewage system, lingered and wouldn’t go away, which made it hard to enjoy my stay. The fragrance in the halls was too strong and mixed with other odors. I also didn’t have Wi-Fi for half my stay, and the staff never followed up on it. Security was another concern — doors left open with no hotel staff around, and I could enter without a key card. Wouldn’t stay again because of these issues.

Location was amazing! Totally walkable to all the old city sites. Room was also awesome. Only issue was at night clearly there was some activity from the staff with lots of loud noises, like heavy items being moved that echoed thru the hallways and into the room that made it difficult to sleep.

The room was good spacious, as I booked for 3 Adults and 1 child who is 13 year , beddings and toiletries were like any 5 star hotel , very clean room. And spacious bathroom with traditional Hamam into the same, this was something like I haven’t seen in any 5 stars. Deluxe rooms as well. Staff is very courteous and location is very near to Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and Topkapi palace. The stay was pleasant and i really liked the hotel full recommendation for small families.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Easy communication in English language, and if someone needed, stuff would call for other language help if one is available. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised with the room we got. The room itself was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the daily housekeeping was impeccable. Every detail, from the soft linens to the luxurious toiletries, added a touch of elegance. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The access to rooms is awkward - go down stairs to access the elevator. Hallway was narrow and cramped. The room was quite nice and comfortable except for a noisy refrigerator. In keeping with a Muslim country there was no alcohol service. Breakfasts were excellent, however.

Nice boutique hotel in Sultanahmet

We had a good time in the Motto by Mula hotel and especially would like the very friendly and kind service personnel that welcomed us on arrival, made sure we had a good time during our stay and provided even some sweets and water on our departure to the airport. The Motto by Mula hotel opened just a few months before we stayed there and is located in a side street, away from the main street with bars and restaurants for tourists. We stayed in a decently sized room with a very comfortable bed, a Nespresso coffee machine and a small fridge. If there's one thing the hotel could improve, it's the noise insulation (especially the doors) as we always got up when on of the neighbors left the room.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den super freundlichen Mitarbeitern empfangen – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen! Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, ebenso wie die Lage und der Service des Hotels. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass man zum Frühstück in ein anderes Gebäude gehen muss, was aber wirklich nicht weiter stört. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder!
