Pathetic
No routine cleaning 🧹 , u must pay for laundry rip u off and the worst thing to stay in the hotel check out timing 12 pm afternoon..if u have late flight ..u must check out ...just wonder around till u r time up for flight..last but not the least,the hotel manager snatch my phone from my hand and give his hotel all 5 star ⭐ rating without my consent.it was disgusted act by him

Hello, our hotel has routine cleaning, otherwise your room would be full of garbage, because it cannot be said that you are very clean. Our cleaner worked for a very long time while cleaning your room. Our laundry prices are half cheaper than other hotels. If the price is expensive, you could not have it washed, we do not force anyone. Check-out time in all hotels is 12. .If you want to check out late, you have to pay. You cannot stay for free. And no one can take your phone by force. If you did not want to give it to yourself, you could simply say no. We wish you a good day.

Staying in Pembe hotel was a great experience. Son and father who run the hotel were very friendly, customer oriented and helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Cute, family oriented hotel in the great location - literally 10-15 min (although up the hill but that's how Istanbul is) from the major landmarks of the Old City - Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Suleymaniye, Grand Bazar, museums, and the seabank. Tons of restaurants around, supermarket, money exchange, SIM card service. And yet, there is no crowds in the area and you don't feel the rush of a big city. Just perfect! The owner/manager helps with airport transfer, tours, and any kind of advice. Response rate via WhatsApp is almost instant - I missed the meeting spot in the airport and they made sure I was found by the transfer company. Rooms are not very big but very very clean and maintained every day. Just be aware - there is no elevator and one needs to be careful on the stairs. But they help you to carry the luggage to/from the room so not a big deal. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you Ugur!

sayın alper bey hatırlarsanız check in öncesi otel olarak elimizden gelen her seyi yaptık w.c kullanımı eşinizin elbise degişimi arkadaşımıza ücretsiz park yeri ayarlamak cikolatalarınızı buzdolabına koymak çıkış dan sonra tekrar tesis w.c kullanmak gibi elimizden gelen her seyi sizler için yaptık vermiş oldugunuz 2 puan ğerçekten hiç adil degil umarım yeniden degerlendirme yaparak düzeltirsiniz 1 gece kalınıp boyle degerlendirmeniz bizi ziyadesiyle çok üzmüştür
