Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
The communication with their team was tiresome. Not all information was presented on time. we had to wait 45 mins to get a reply when we had the appointment to get the keys. then they said not all information is provided and that we needed to fill out more documents (passport and information). nobody showed up to give us the keys and we received them from the residence reception instead, where we had to give our ID for the whole stay just to get the elevator card allowing us to get to our floor. The room was definitely cleaned with a dirty cloth as there was signs of dried dirty water on the TV, floors and bathrooms. There was no extra bed for a third person, as we booked for three people.
