The property does not worth the price listed, bad smells from bathroom. The furniture looks very old and changed in a while. I did not feel comfortable at all..
Unfortunately hotel was below expectations towels are not clean toilet and shower area as well

Building and public areas are good but I believe all towels and bed sheets need to be changed with new and clean one
The staff was very helpful and polite. When we arrived they took our bags and took it upstairs to our bedroom. The decor of the room was nice but not as clean as I would have liked. I was also a bit disappointed that the gym and spa was out of service. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of options.
The price was reasonable which could be because we visited in late January which is not a peak tourist season.
Reception was very friendly and we would usually ask them to arrange for taxies. They event helped us with printing of a couple of documents.
Room size is decent enough for 2 adults although seating arrangement would be made better by providing a small sofa set than a computer chair and an Ottoman sofa seat.
There is no temperature controls or heating control available en-suite, it is centrally controlled with only on and off functionality available in your room. We would at times turn on the heat to find cold air pouring in because temperature settings in the room do not work.
Breakfast was very basic, we decided to order from the outside to get a better variety and different taste although we prepaid for free breakfast.
Location is a bit off it is close to literally nothing, metro is 10 mins walk away with a few supermarkets around but at a walk distance.
There was no bell boy when we checked-in and check-out to bring our 4 suitcases one car seat one strawler and 3 handcarries from taxi to the reception hence we had to do it outself. Upon check-in we got the luggage delivered thankfully to our rooms.
There are no toiletries provided by the hotel only a liquid filled soap dispenser in the batharea, no slippers, dental kits, moisturizers etc which you would normally expect at a 4 and onwards star hotels.
Overall the stay was okay-ish.

But it was queen size bed
Charging extra $10 for breakfast
Worst breakfast ever
Boiled eggs and french fries for breakfast
I dont mind paying $10 for everyday

Sono stato tante volte a Istanbul, e sempre ho trovato le vente che mi ha tratago bene nei alberghi diversi,per nel Tryp Wyndham Topkapi, la gente che lavorava nella reception di albergo proprio si comportava mallissimo con me, mai sono stati accolto cosi male dalle persone che lavoravano dentro, check in lento abbiamo apsetato un orra e mezzo per fare check inn alle 20.00h di serra, non e possibile cosi!!!

The reason for your problem is that we are very sensitive about the cleaning of the rooms due to the pandemic, so friends may have taken you to your room a little late.
they need to make sure that everything is alright.
We believe that you have already entered your room after the necessary checks.
and the rooms are kept for one day at the exits after use. The next day, dust is taken again and checks are made. because it was empty the day before.
We also offer free room upgrades to our expedia guests.
You may not like the breakfast. An average of 70 types of breakfast are served with Turkish coffee, black coffee and tea service.
We think that the breakfast service did not satisfy you because it was served at the open buffet by the staff.
no matter what, although we regret that you are not satisfied, we will take steps to make the necessary checks again. just to provide better service.
