The room was comfortable, clean and modern and perfect for an airport stay when you have a 4:30am flight. The check in time of 6:00pm was late, but given we were checking out by 2:00am they let us in at 4:00pm so we could get some sleep. Rooms are quite pricey - but there is t much else close by Istanbul airport

This is an excellent in-airport hotel, with both landside and air side. We have never stayed in the air side, but have stayed in the landside twice: the first time with a tour group we had the basic king bed room, and second time on our own after the tour we had the bigger basic king bed room. Rooms are very well engineered and both rooms worked well. The bigger one has a sitting area, which we liked. We would go with the bigger basic king if we stayed there again. Note that your overnight booking is from 6 p.m. check-in to 9 a.m. check-out. The hotel has an hourly rate for early check-ins, with a 4-hour minimum. As to dining, there are a lot of better options (in our opinion) in the terminal.

Helpful staff. I was able to check into my flight early due to their assistance and check my bags early. Room was ready when I arrived. I was able to sleep, shower, watch TV and relax. Breakfast inside the hotel is excellent - the hotel restaurant/bar overall is very good. In general the staff is helpful, smart and quick to problem solve. It's pricey but I'd stay here again when I have a long layover.

Convenient since it’s inside the airport, but if you have more time don’t stay there. It’s very expensive for nothing. One staff member was okay, the other was rude. It feels like a hotel in a box, no natural air, and the room is very small. For what we paid, it’s worth 30 euros max.
