Guests should follow signs for gates A and B; the hotel is next to LCW store. Guests staying at this property MUST have a valid boarding pass for an international flight to access the Airside transit area of the airport. Guests arriving on an international flight and who will be continuing on to another international flight should pass through International Transfer Security to reach the hotel. Guests arriving via the city or domestic flight must go through passport control to reach the airside transit area.

I had a disappointing experience with the reception. I arrived very late at night (around midnight) and was required to check out at 9 a.m., which gave me very little time to rest. For an airport hotel, I expected more flexibility and understanding in such situations. Unfortunately, the staff were not accommodating. I will not choose this hotel again.

I made the reservation and later realized that the check-in and check-out times shown in the system didn’t fit my travel schedule. I contacted the hotel, and they kindly adjusted both times to better accommodate my needs. I truly appreciate their flexibility and customer service, and I’m sure I will come back. My only recommendation would be to include one complimentary bottle of water in the cabins. It makes a big difference when you arrive tired and just want to rest. Since this is a common practice in many places, not finding one was a bit unexpected.

Ever temp changing and low pressure shower, no outside light with no windows for the room making it feel a jail like feeling. Amenities are very limited for a hotel that charges you over 4 times the hotels outside of the terminal. Absolutely the greatest hotel just in the location sake.

Rating: 3.5/5 Overpriced but convenient. Arrived 90min before check-in (6:30 pm) and they requested 20 euros to let me in at that time. Requested a toilet then and they told me to go to a toilet of the airport. I refused to pay so I went to a spa instead. Once inside For such an expensive hotel to have a rusty and noisy trash can is unacceptable.

It's a great little room for exactly what you need it for - to rest, sleep, shower, watch TV, & do whatever else you want in a clean, private space away from the crowds & noise on your long layover at IST airport. It's extremely convenient to not have to leave the airport and not have to go back through the security checkpoint when it's time to leave for your flight, but as with anything, you're going to pay a lot more for that convenience.

The arrival instructions were wrong, had to wait in 2 long lines. Booked a hotel got a pod, descripción and welcome email are wrong. Pods are small and function, but work for a few hours of rest, shower might or might not be included and is limited, overall description is bad, that’s the main issue bc expectations are not managed properly.

apparently check in starts at 8 pm. I arrived at 4 pm after an 11 hour flight with a 1 year old and I was told I can't get into my room till 8 pm so I was charged 80 Euros extra for an extra 4 hours. I desperately needed a place to go and rest with my daughter and I was exhausted do I reluctantly had to pay it. will never stay here again
