Desta oportunidade tivemos vários dissabores. Chegamos início da noite no quarto vários itens como toalhas, mantas e cobertores faltavam. o telefone não funcionava. Tivemos que trocar de quarto. Sem falar que pela manhã havia barulho de construção vizinha, informação sonegada no site. Nos próximos dias itens de quarto ainda faltavam.

Razoável. O ar condicionado do quarto era barulhento. Janela do banheiro suja. Quarto pouco iluminado. Os corredores do hotel são muito escuros. Os elevadores demoram muito. O café da manhã é bom, mas com poucas mesas e o buffet mal posicionado. Ninguém ajuda com as malas e a chegada no hotel é complicada, pois não há um recuo, nem tinha lugar na frente, para descarregar o carro.

Esperava mais da estadia.

No geral foi boa. Mas, na recepção com as malas foi péssimo. Eu, minha filha e neta tivemos que nos virar, para retirar malas e demais bagagens do carro e levar até o quarto. Tivemos que solicitar, edredons, reposição de shampoo, condicionador e toalhas.

Pessoal atencioso e cardial. Ótimo café da manhã, boa locação, limpo e quarto pequeno. Rápidos para buscarem o carrno rstacionamento. O restaurante a noite estava cheirando à fumaça e saimos cheiram como tal ( poderia ser um problema pontual) O hambúrguer poderia ser melhor! Bom custo benefício do hotel!!! Voltaria, mas não iria ao restaurante! Ou só tomaria o café!
