Entendo que é um Hotel Fazenda, mais fiquei em um quarto triplo no último casarão no fundo do hotel, de madeira e mais antigo também e por isso os problemas de muitos bichos entrando pelas FRESTAS das janelas, por baixo das portas, pelo balancinho do banheiro, araninhas por cima das camas, madeiras antigas muito emperradas, achei que por ser tudo mais antigo falta cuidado principalmente com a limpeza pelo teto, paredes tanto do quarto e principalmente do banheiro, rejuntes muito sujos e deveria ser mais iluminado o casarão num todo. Quanto ao atendimento passamos por um acidente com uma das crianças que estavam conosco onde precisou de atendimento para sutura e não havia no local nenhum médico, enfermeira, materiais " básicos" pq tínhamos fomos EXCELENTEMENTE BEM ATENDIDOS!!!!

Casarão do Vale

Lugar para passar com a família que tenham crianças pequenas, agito e diversão serão certos! Não recomendo para adolescentes e para quem quer descansar, pois não existe recreação para os adolescentes e o barulho é intenso desde cedo! O chalé é muito bom, a alimentação é excelente!

No geral tudo muito bom. Deixou a desejar a alimentação, que apesar de gostosa tinha pouca variedade e repetia bastante os menus. Faltou um churrasco e investir um pouco mais na qualidade do cardápio. Sábado serviram costela de aperitivo, mas estava crua e dura. Outra coisa que não funcionou foi o sistema de senhas pra andar a cavalo. As senhas não organizaram a ordem de chegada e alguns espertinhos furaram fila sobre os que já estavam esperando fazia bastante tempo. Um sistema de fila por ordem de chegada seria muito mais eficiente e justo.

Excelente local para relaxar. Atendimento nota 10, limpeza também. Preços das bebidas está de acordo com o mercado, nada abusivo. Entretenimento para as crianças é garantido pela animada equipe de entretenimento e pelo enorme playground infantil coberto.

As refeições do hotel são boas. As instalações do hotel são boas.O atendimento das pessoas que trabalham no hotel foi muito bom. No entanto, em relação ao quarto foi muito abaixo do que esperávamos. Uma decepção. O banheiro estava com mofo no teto e chuveiro. Dando uma impressão de mal cuidado.
