Não foi das melhores Reservei um quarto família com 2 ambientes Ao chegar para fazer o check in Fui informada que meu quarto era standart e que quando fazemos reserva é pelo número de pessoas e não pelo quarto escolhido Foi um absurdo Se eu posso pagar pelo quarto maior Tenho q ficar no que paguei Exigi meu dinheiro de volta Aí para não devolverem o dinheiro Me acomodaram num quarto standart até o outro dia Fiquei muito chateada com o que ocorreu Já fiquei em outros hotéis e nunca aconteceu isso Gente o hotel é antigo, precisa de muitas melhorias A limpeza fica a desejar o banheiro parecia que nem foi lavado O café da manhã bem gostoso sempre repondo Somente 2 elevadores para 16 andares com quase 10 quartos por andar E no horário de pico fica uma loucura Localização excelente 50mts da praia bem no centro Não sei se volto a me hospedar nesse hotel Fiquei decepcionada com minha chegada

O hotel é otimo.. antigo mas bem confortável.. o único problema são os elevadores que não comportam o número de hóspedes mas é compreensível devido à época do ano.

Boa, porém as instalações estão antigas, ar condicionado com antigo e barulhento, elevadores deveriam ser ajustados para funcionar um elevador nos andares impares e outro andar par pois se tem muitas paradas em andares desnecessários.
