Péssimo. O hotel era sujo, cheirava mofo, tinha um tijolo no lugar do pé da cama do meu filho. Fui tomar banho e não tinha toalhas de banho. Nunca imaginei que um hotel em frente ao Beto Carreiro pudesse ser tão ruim. E ainda quando fui questionar o mau cheiro com o atendente do hotel, o mesmo disse que as janelas dos quartos ficavam fechadas para não entrar mosquitos. Foi o pior hotel que fiquei em toda a minha vida! Não recomendo para ninguém.

Primeiramente vamos em um hotel pela limpeza, atendimento, café da manhã, cama boa. Este hotel ha alguns anos atrás era incrível, até reservamos neste após grande tempo em função de conhecer ja o hotel, MAS, nos deparamos com algumas deficiências de limpeza, organização, pia dentro do box chuveiro, instalações elétricas aparecendo com riscos de acidente, quinas de móveis visíveis, sujeira no chão apesar do quarto estar reservado para nós mesmo assim sentíamos as sujeiras, os travesseiros amarelados de encardido, a televisão só funciona a GLOBO LIXO, a porta do banheiro travada, quarto 37. Do que adianta ter piscinas, etc e não ter o básico de um hotel????? Sinto muito, mas por estar em frente ao parque deveria aproveitar a oportunidade e investir para seu cliente retornar.

O hotel é velho, sem elevadores, os quartos tem insetos, mal conservados, somente tinha um canal de TV funcionando, o Ar Condicionado fazia barrulho de goteira, ao qual se ouvia principalmente a noite e madrugada, o vaso do banheiro estava entupido, tinha fita isolante no registro do chuveiro estava todo entupido na saida de agua, os fios do chuveiro estavam mal encapados, e o espelho eletrico com partes derretidas, quando cheguei nao tinha toalhas no quarto, tive que ir ate a recepção solicitar e foi dado de piscina mal conservadas e cheia de fiapos. O playground no piso T parecia bem cuidado, mas tive que levar meu filho ao medico, pois ficou cheio de coceiras depois de uso. Os corremãos eram cheios de fita isolante para fazer a conexao entre os encaixes. No Jantar da 2 noite, fomos ao restaurante, a apresentação da comida nao me agradou, somente peguei agumas batatas e o peixe. Alguns fatos que nao achei justo para o consumidor, onde tinham varios vidros de azeite Andorinha, mas nenhum tinha o produto, somente oleo comum, Ao finalizar, fomos ao caixa, vi uma criança de no maximo 12 anos, trabalhando, que por sinal nao estava bem humorada, fiquei ao redor para confirmar e nos 40 minutos ela ficou só e fazendo o atendimento. Realmente o unico ponto positivo é a bela imagem que tem do quarto, pois é em frente ao parque e pode-se ver a torre do parque. Sugiro que a Expedia, possam avaliar melhor, pois comprei o hotel como sendo 3 estrelas e nao me entregou o serviço.

Atendimento e localização do parque Beto Carrero, foi excelente, não tem o que falar. Mas a acomodação e comida, muito ruim, a mola da cama de casal machucava o corpo na hora de dormir, e a comida, parecia requentada e de aparência, nada favorável.

Péssima. O hotel de baixíssima qualidade, ainda mais se considerar o preço. Banheiro ruim, quarto ruim, lencois sujos, cafe da manhã ruim, piscina extremamente suja. Apesar da boa educação e bom atendimento dos funcionários a experiência foi péssima.
