The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast was at 6:30 which was a bit late for us. The breakfast had lots of fresh fruit. Overall the stay was great.

The place has a nonsensical shower design, there's mold everywhere and now I'm hacking up my lungs. I've stayed at worse places but none have ever messed me up like this.

O hotel é bem localizado na zona portuaria. A equipe de camareiras é TOP! Café da manhã simples! Porem algumas ponderacoes: Confesso q fiquei um pouco frustrado pelo quarto em q fui acomodado q nao era o q efetivamente reservei... Nas fotos da reserva aparece vista e a informação de cama KING! Porem, fui acomodado num quarto c cama de casal e c vista p os fundos do predio, o q me leva a crer q fui alocado num quarto Duplo Standard, quando na verdade reservei o DUPLO SUPERIOR! Apesar de mibhas ponderacoes via wattsapp c a recepcao, eles simplesmente disseram q"obrigado pelo feedback"...sem adotar qualquer providência Obrigado pela atenção e providências!

Hospedagem no geral foi boa e a localização é ótima, bem central e bonita. Roupa de cama ok. Café da manhã simples, mas atende o necessário. Como pontos de melhoria: o check-in demorou bastante (problema na impressora e ficha preenchida à mão), o que gerou transtorno. No banheiro, a tampa do vaso era frágil e estava frouxa, exigindo cuidado. A porta do box de vidro também não fechava corretamente e, com a pressão do chuveiro, acabava abrindo e encostando na gente.
