O hotel estava dentro das expectativas, mas infelizmente ficamos hospedados num quarto próximo a rua e o barulho incomodou bastante para dormir. Por isso, meu conceito sobre o hotel acabou decepcionando. Vale ressaltar que foram atenciosos quando esqueci um aparelho médico importante e me ajudaram a recuperá-lo de forma segura.

Hotel bom, de acordo com o ofertado. Me deparei com algumas baratinhas no banheiro e senti cheiro de esgoto do lado de fora do quarto que acredito vir da rua. Algumas toalhas estavam bem gastas, chegando a estarem esgarçadas. Pontos positivos são alguns funcionários como os da cozinha e seu Angelo e Raul da recepção, muito atenciosos e solícitos.

Boa hospedagem em geral!

Bom hotel para ficar perto do Parque Beto Carrero, uns 10 minutos a pé. Hotel adequado para 2 a 3 dias, sendo que o público é basicamente de pessoas que também estão lá para o parque. Dessa forma, existe um pico de pessoas no café da manhã.

Demora da cozinha

O quarto era muito bom e o atendimento da recepção também. O que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento da cozinha na hora da janta. Disseram que estavam com muita demanda e o lanche demoraria 20 min, mas só entregaram após 1:30h, meu filho acabou dormindo sem jantar.

Bom custo benefício

O custo benefício foi bom. A limpeza é ótima, cama de casal confortável, as de solteiro nem tanto. O atendimento é razoável, mas acho que é cultura da região ser mais seco. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor. Senti falta de bolos caseiros, os servidos são de massa pronta. O hotel fica próximo do parque Beto Carreiro e dá para ir a pé, em torno de 8 min de caminhada. A noite tem alguns restaurantes próximos, pizzaria e uma padaria em frente, o que facilita a noite para o jantar e também para tomar café a tarde. No geral a estadia foi boa.
