"When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"No inverno é muito frio devido falta de aquecimento, pois ar condicionado quente nao esquenta o ambiente todo. Cortinas mal projetadas (deveria fazer com estrutura melhor e com blackout, pois as 07:00am vc ja acorda com sol na cara). Banheiro é aberto sem porta e sem fechamento de parede até o teto(tirando privacidade). A governanta educada e gentil."

"A minha estadia foi excelente! O lugar é lindo, a cabana é super fofa. Tem um caminho de terra por uns 15 minutos, mas não tivemos grandes dificuldades de chegar, mesmo tendo ido em dias que choveram bastante. Foi tudo ótimo. Recomendo e voltaria!"

"Tudo muito antigo, quartos muito frios sem qualquer aquecedor, sem espelho, toalhas e fronhas manchadas. O café da manhã muito simples, poucas opções e sem reposição.
A cama é boa, mas não tive boa impressão se os cobertores estavam limpos. Pelo valor, saiu caro."
