The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"Ficamos 3 noites no apartamento. O espaço é bom para uma família com 2 filhos. O apto estava limpo, tem geladeira e fogão para refeições simples, como café da manhã, o que é excelente. Toalhas, roupas de cama e qualidade das camas/colchões e travesseiros razoável, podiam ser melhores. O aquecimento é feito com 2 aquecedores a óleo, ou seja, em dias frios, não são suficientes (até por isso, os cobertores e edredons poderiam ser de melhor qualidade, para suprir essa necessidade). "Minha estadia no hotel foi simplesmente maravilhosa! A localização é perfeita, próxima ao centrinho turístico, mas ainda assim tranquila, ideal para quem quer descansar. O quarto estava impecável, super limpo e aconchegante, com uma vista linda das montanhas. A cama era extremamente confortável, garantindo noites de sono revigorantes. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos da experiência: grande variedade de opções, incluindo pães, frutas frescas e pratos típicos da região, tudo muito saboroso. A equipe do hotel merece destaque – todos foram extremamente atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar e dar dicas sobre passeios e restaurantes locais. A área comum também é encantadora, com uma decoração acolhedora e espaços perfeitos para relaxar, como o jardim e a sala com lareira. "Very hospitable Lovely hotel and nicely decorated In the heart if Capivari and easy access to the main visitors attractions Great prices at the bar 15 reias for a caipirinha and it was lush Our room was huge with a kitchen a sitting room and dining area. Bathroom was adequate and shower works fine. Bedroom was spacious and no loud noise and well blacked out. Large TV with plenty of channels. Good facilities saunas X 2 and warm pool Games room was empty most of the time but a canny pool table and air hockey to play Gyme at the back of the car park a little run down but does the job Open fire in the entrance foyer is lovely to sit by at night Large lounge area too to watch football or other with friends Only very few negatives Bed rock solid so be aware to fluff up a couple of pillows to not wake up with pains Take your own iron Laundry can get expensive All in all really happy we chose this hotel "

"This Hotel is a gorgeous classical style hotel located right next to the tourist area in Campos do Jordão. They have plenty of parking, the rooms are big and clean and spacious, and the staff is really nice and friendly. Many areas to sit and lounge and enjoy in the hotel, and the breakfast was excellent, varies, and super delicious! The Torta do Arum was amazing! I loved this hotel and stayed several nights and it was very affordable! "
