"When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

Única observação é a estrada de terra para o acesso ao hotel, mas entendo que a melhoria da mesma não é de competência deles. O Hotel é maravilhoso!"
