Fiquei na suite n°11 eu , esposa e um pet. A suite foi entregue sem ter sido limpa. As toalhas estavam molhadas, não tinha produtos de higiene.O que deu a entender é que o último hóspede saiu e não limparam e organizaram o quarto para nos receber. Observei, que falta um administrador mais presente para checar os desvios que os funcionários possam cometer. A localização da pousada é excelente, o café da manhã atende (precisa agilizar a reposição qdo falta algo). Estacionamento atendeu, não sei se atende na alta temporada.

Infelizmente, nosso quarto estava estava com um cheiro terrível, pensando que era de fechado deixamos o ar ligado, e saímos, ao retornar meus pertences estavam em cima da bancada abaixo de ar e ficou tudo encharcado de água que havia vazado do ar. Minha esposa ao sentar em uma cadeira que estava quebrada se machucou, tampa do vaso sanitário estava quebrada, o aquecedor do chuveiro estava com problema. Chegamos para dormir por volta das 22:30 percebi que cheiro do quarto era suor, na roupa de cama e travesseiro. Não consegui dormir. Na manhã seguinte conversamos e conseguimos outra acomodação. Parece que pelas avaliações e o hotel que fiquei são propriedades totalmente diferentes. Mas percebi que todo o hotel está precisando de manutenção. A piscina estava com a água limpa mas todos os azulejos estavam com lodo verde. A escada estava quebrada. A localização do hotel é totalmente excelente, mas fica a dica para o proprietário começar realizar uma obra de recuperação.
