The hotel was great. The price was reasonable. The bathrooms were recently redone and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and very clean! The lady checking us in was very helpful!

I came to visit my son at Cornell. We stayed here and love this place. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. I stayed with my pet, we had double bed and it was spacious. They also have filter water dispenser. I will come again and stay here.

We were in Ithaca for 2 nights. The rooms are updated. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Room was on the smaller side, but we were only there to sleep and shower. Continental breakfast area is small, hosted in the front desk/office. If you need decaf coffee, ask about it when you check in. Great stay for a great price. We’ll stay here again.

The atmosphere is clean, quiet, and inviting. They have done a good job making the rooms comfortable with decent amenities, nice tiles, and organization. Attention to detail could have been done with the exhaust fan in the bathroom and sticking front and bathroom door. Overall, a good stay

This place was great. It's a 10 minute trip from downtown Ithaca, so it might be an issue if you're staying here without a car. If you do have a car, I would highly recommend staying here. Super clean and updated rooms at a great price. It might not look like much from the outside, but it's a great property and an excellent value.

This place was a hidden gem. Nicely updated with quality materials. Clean and I felt very safe. Family owned, nice, helpful, and accommodating. The air conditioner wasn’t great, but thankfully the windows could open. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but at least they offered enough to start the day. This would be my first choice if I’m the area

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We are assuming the hotel was recently updated and it showed. Everything was clean, new, comfortable and the staff was very courteous and helpful. We will stay here again as we visit our daughter who lives in Ithaca. We had a great experience and recommed the Springwater Inn to others.

This motel is a gem on the outskirts of town. I’m very skeptical of any older roadside motel, but my room had been completely updated, was clean, well stocked with fresh towels, had a mini fridge and microwave and exceeded my expectations. In fact, having stayed at other better known chain hotels/motels in or closer to town, this was a much better stay, and the quiet off the beaten path quality was really a plus. The staff was super accommodating, booking a second night stay at a competitive price, and the simple breakfast offerings were all I needed. I will definitely stay here again.
