"This property is absolutely stunning and the hospitality of the staff was practically unmatched during the rest of our trip. We arrived later in the day and wished we had come earlier to spend more time on the property. The food at the onsite restaurants was impeccable and the room was very comfortable. Fuji attractions which were also some of our favorites from our trip to Japan (Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto). "

"We booked the condominiums as a treat. Spacious by Japanese standards with two large single beds, large sofa and kitchen facilities. Highlight is the bathroom with your private “onsen” the bath runs constantly with warm water from the hot springs. Divine after a long day. Coffee machines, soda machines, ice pops, foot bath, fire pit and free whisky, sangria and beer from 7pm - 10pm with some small sweet treats. A short flat stroll from Gora station makes this a perfect place to stay to explore the Hakone area."

We chose the cable cars to get there which was a fantastic way of exploring the area from above, but the hotel’s shuttle was super convenient for our departure. "
