Room was very clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. Onsen facility was very good. Dining options were limited. The cafe, food court, bakery were closed after 4pm, so dinner choices were limited to the expensive restaurants, unless you have transport and willing to travel to Myoko town.

We had a great one night stay... the room was quiet as requested, hotel spotless and staff helpful. Good breakfast with all food choices well stocked. Hotel ideal for stop over and could also work for a longer stay.

Hitou Hanabun
Fujisan was great. Our car couldn’t make it to the inn. Fuji came down the hill in a snowstorm to pick us up, he called ahead to make sure the local restaurant stayed open for us as well.
