"The staff was kind and helpful and always welcoming. The only criticism I have is silly, really. The bath towels were too large. They were heavy and didn’t need to be so gigantic. That is the only thing I could say could be improved. It was clean, the staff was accommodating and very attentive and overall the hotel is just beautiful. We had room service two nights and it was lovely if I went to Budapest I would stay there again"

"Excellent hotel all around. The location is ideal, we walked everywhere. Breakfast was very good, wide selection, including excellent middle eastern options. The concierge was very helpful to help make restaurant reservations, and answered questions about various activities/sites. Our room was wonderful with a beautiful view of the castle. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful building, clean and spacious. Staff accomdating, some a little glum. Bar food better than the Restaurant. Slow, relaxing atmosphere throughout, very calming. "

"My wife and I stayed for a week. The staff were very friendly and professional. The property is beautiful. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood with many small restaurants and bars. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood both day and night as it was very picturesque. It is located very close to public transportation so getting around in the city is very easy. The breakfast was good, could have been better but not bad. The gym facilities was a bit small and I wish they had a better selection of dumbbells as I couldn’t properly do my workout with what they had. But overall the gym did suffice. The WiFi was a bit slow at times but sufficient. One last thing I’d like to see would be smart TVs in the rooms so I could stream movies or shows from my mobile device. As there we no channels in English. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel. My wife and I will be staying here every time we visit Budapest."
