The hotel is very close to İzmir Courthouse. You can find many restautants, cafes around. Breakfast is good enough, stuffs are helpfull. Only disadvantage is rooms have very small table and are not suitable for work.

Its okey

The hotel lobby is clean and beautifully designed. The rooms are okey but our couch had stains and burn marks from cigarettes that lowers the score. There is small kitchenette but no plates or anything you could use. The location is really good and you have a free valet service. How ever the breakfast is not very good.

"Aracımızın durumu nedeniyle yaşadığımız rahatsız

Otele giriş yaptığımızda aracımızı otel otoparkına park ettik ve anahtarımızı talep ettiler. Ancak sabah çıkış yapmak için aracımızı almak istediğimizde, aracımızın otoparktan yol kenarına ve kaldırıma çıkarıldığını gördük. Aracımızın yerine daha yüksek model bir araç park edilmişti. Otelin misafir memnuniyetine önem verdiğini görüyoruz, ancak bu durum kendimizi değersiz hissetmemize sebep oldu. Tüm araçlara eşit hassasiyet gösterilmesini beklerdik. Umarım gelecekte bu gibi durumlara daha dikkat edilir. Bunun dışında otelin hizmetlerinden genel olarak memnun kaldık.

I enjoyed the comfortable stay at the hotel. Clean roon, safety door and lock, and kindly staffs. As my request, I wanna electric plug-in besides the bed. And I could not find the hotel on google map, but I don't know why... I request the fixing.

Marlen otel deneyimi

Yeni bir otel olmasına rağmen temizlik ve düzen konusunda çok iyi olduklarını düşünmüyorum. Çift olarak satın aldığımı zannederek otele gittiğimde, bir kişilik rezervasyon yapıldığını bunun hotels sistemiyle ilgili olduğunu, 2. Kişi için ek ücret alacaklarını söylediler. Başlangıç olarak otel için kötü bir izlenim bıraktı, ilk kez böyle bir durumla karşılaşıyoruz. Sorun etmeyip ödedik ama tadımız kaçtı. Duşun içinde lekeler vardı, tuvaletten kötü bir koku geliyordu, lavobonun gider kısmı kırıktı. Banyo ve duş yeterince temiz değildi. Kapısını kapatmadan duramadık. Bornozlar mis gibi kokarken çarşafların üzerinde bi önceki gün başkası uyumuş gibi bir koku mevcuttu. Kahve, su, çay harici minibarda her şey ücretliydi. Kahvaltı ücretsiz, satın alıma dahildi ancak denemedik muhtemelen orada da 2. Kişi ücreti talep edeceklerdi. Genel anlamda idare eder bir konaklamaydı, fakat bir daha tercih etmem. Ödediğim paranın hizmet olarak karşılığını aldığımı düşünmüyorum. Hijyen konusunda sınıfta kaldılar geri kalan hiçbir şeyin önemi de kalmıyor bu durumda. Ayrıca kolidordan sürekli bir ses gelme hali mevcuttu. Ufak tadilatlar yapılıyordu. Bunlar olabilecek şeyler fakat abartıldığı kadar da tekrar, mutlaka gelirim kalırım diyeceğimiz bir deneyim yaşamadık. İnternet bağlantımızda da sorun vardı, bilgilendirdiğimizde anında çözdüler. İlgilelere destekleri konusunda teşekkür ederiz.
