They did come inside my room asking if I needed anything. They did clean your room as well. Did do the VIP got complementary breakfast and drinks. Also free tours will be coming back!! Great customer service you can also book you’re right with them back to the airport or from the airport as well. It was a lot cheaper than Uber."

"We stayed there for a concert. The room was great, it does get loud at nights but the staff is super helpful specially the bellhop who was a tremendous help guiding us for the concert. the rooms are clean and large and the food is pretty good. Overall it was an excellent stay "

"We stayed at Hotel Bellas Artes for a short trip to Mexico City and our stay was great. The hotel appears to be newly renovated, and when we entered our room, we were amazed by how beautiful it was. The room was very clean, very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the mini fridge, which was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. We had a balcony facing the main street, and it was wonderful to open the balcony doors in the morning and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly, and we especially liked the hotel’s location it’s within walking distance to the Zócalo and close to many museums. There is also a 24-hour 7-Eleven and a restaurant on the same block, just a few steps away, which was very convenient. We will definitely book here again."
