"Very well presented hotel attached to a metro station, so good transport options. The room was a good size, clean and the air conditioning and heating worked well. There was a good range of items at breakfast. It did get very busy at breakfast at later times; staff tried hard to keep everything topped-up, but there could be things missing. Another coffee machine or keeping the filter coffee topped-up would be useful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

However, I was disappointed by all the extra charges, including fees for the washer and dryer and access to the gym. There was also no iron available in the room. With so many basic amenities costing extra, the stay felt less relaxing and didn’t really give me the vacation experience I expected, especially in such a tourist-friendly location."

"Amazing hotel!!! We stayed four nights and it was the best hotel of our trip to Japan! The location and all the amenities were fantastic : the incredible breakfast, the happy hour with free wine, drinks and food. It really feels like a luxurious hotel. The only con is the size of the room but it shouldn't stop you from choosing this hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very beautiful. I would go back without thinking."
