We loved this hotel. It's close to the edge of Jackson, but still within walking distance of the downtown stores and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help with directions to parks. They provide a bagged breakfast, and ask for room orders by 8pm the night before. It was an easy, convenient process. We loved the bagged meals because we left early (5 - 6 am) every day for tours and could easily take our breakfast with us. There was plenty of parking, conveniently right outside the hotel.
Our room had a full kitchen, including; dishes, dish towels, fridge, microwave, stove, sink, and dishwasher. It also had a seating area with a couch, computer desk, tv, and fireplace, separate from the bedroom. The fireplace was a nice touch and easy to use. The room had plenty of windows as well.
The bed was comfortable, but the bedding was odd and I wonder if something went wrong with the cleaning of our room. The fitted sheet was inside out, and the blankets consisted of a flat sheet, what looked like a mattress pad or mattress cover, and a fleece blanket on top. I think the middle was supposed to be a comforter, but maybe they ran out or something. We adjusted the heat and were fine.
