Hotels near Jackson Memorial Hospital

"Rooms look better in the photos. The pool was under construction. The staff is super nice. The hotel is nice. The restaurant Gianna’s is overpriced and the staff has a hard time hearing and understanding English. Overall a great spot to stay for a quick trip with extra room. But the rooms don’t all look anything like the photos. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and it showed this big open area and it was a really small corner “living room” looked like it had a dining room table and all this stuff but it was just a small little room."

"My reservation was for a king-size bed. When I arrived at the hotel, I received two full-size beds. I had to go back downstairs because the room they first gave me had a dirty carpet. It looked like no one had cleaned the end tables or the dresser. It wasn’t what I expected from the pictures. When I went back to ask about my king-size bed, the front desk gave me the correct room. Still, I wouldn’t book with them again."
