"Didn’t take advantage of breakfast but it smelled good!
The room was spacious and clean, nice surprise to have complimentary make up wipe and q-tips.
2 of the face towels had make up stains on them, which is the reason for the 3 starting but overall a very good stay.
Only stayed one night but would come back again. "
"We didn't expect to stay in a place of excellence. We chose this hotel due to pricing and a slightly above average on the review scale. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was amazing. She was the best part of our experience. I had chosen a room on the top floor then found out the elevators were broken and we had to use the stairs. The stair hallways were filled with extra storage tables and chairs along with ashes and cigarette butts on the floor. Once we got to the room, we hung up our wedding outfits to find another guests towel in the closet. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, mirros unclean, and needless to say we used our own blankets. The next morning I found a cockroach climbing up the wall. Asked for towels and was handed to clean towels from a trash bag with the person wearing dirty rubber gloves handling them to me. I did not shower and chose to take the ride back home without. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!"
"The room was clean however out dated. The floor by our bathroom was wet. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds for 6 adults and 3 small children. When the one couple showed up the front desk staff asked if they were staying and after they said yes she was like wow only 2 rooms for all those people. Breakfast wasnt included so we didnt partake in it. Did not like getting woken up at 7:30 in the morning by the cleaning staff rolling their carts up and down the hall on the stone cobble like walkway, it was VERY loud."
"They forgot to add a fitted sheet to my mattress. Once the front desk clerk understood what happened, he was very quick to change it.
This is a small thing, but the vending machine doesn't take credit. I was kinda bummed about that."
