"I love the omni, we had a great weekend there every time we go. The only negative comment that I have is about the food and beverage program acrros the resort, it could be so much better, thoughtful and more elevated."

"We had a great stay after one unfortunate first night. On the first night we could not get hot water for a shower. Upon calling the front desk we were informed we had to keep the shower handle at “4-5 o’clock” position? The desk staff came to our room and eventually got warm weather. During the evening, I went to use the bathroom sink. I was then unable to turn the water off and manually turned it off under the sink. We asked for another room and were told it would be an additional $1,167. We said no thank you. We then had some electrical issues and complained again and were transferred to another room on the other side of the hotel. That room was perfect and we had no further issues and a pleasant stay. Request a room on the north side of the hotel."

"We were quite surprised as to how wonderful the room was. It was amazing. Like 10 out of 10 and the facility itself was just a couple blocks from the ocean and great restaurants. The music at the pool was good. We were just there for one night but we would love to come back again to stay longer. It was a perfect spot. The breakfast was delicious"

"Pool was very clean! They have everything you need to have a great beach trip. They have chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. No need to go out for dinner they have it all right there. We ordered pizza after 11pm!"

"Came home after years away and a lot of living. Was expecting a bad day of a show, but came in, saw the Beautiful Art in the Lobby with a fun and friendly clerk who talked with us about the town, history, life, and our vacation plans giving my buddy who had his first visit to Dina ever advice on stuff to do for a real blast. Beautiful clean polished room, shining lit pool took us to the 90s nostalgia immediately. Impressed by the amenities of the rooms and how good the complimentary breakfast was."

"Upon arriving at this hotel, I was very impressed and pleased with how well the hotel staff was very friendly, polite and friendly. Upon entering the room, it was just the right temperature. Our ocean view was very pleasant and we found serenity while looking out to the ocean and enjoying the sounds. Guests service was very helpful. The breakfast was just so fulfilling and tasteful. This would be my choice of stay while visiting Jacksonville Beach. Everything about the room was up to par. Love the atmosphere and easy access."
