"Nice facility and room; friendly staff; great location "

"Pleasant place to stay on trip to West Coast. We feel the new parking fee for 1night is unwarranted. Front desk explained its origination (airport purchase) and hx of guest's abuse leaving cars there while away. For a one night reservation, feels punishing and the Q reader is a pain. Not everyone has a smart phone (one of us does). Dinner at restaurant. Convenient. However, food quite different from 1st night stay and 2nd night stay. Salmon dinner ordered for both stays - served with different sides (not those listed on menu). Wait staff should inform patrons of any changes."

"We have stayed here several times in the past and had never had to pay for parking. This was not made clear in the reservation we made with you. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are large. We would have liked to have an easy chair to sit in. "

"The rooms were disgusting and old and ran down. There’s no fridge in the room. There was literally paint on the carpet old fingernail in the corner. The tub look like it had rust in lime all in the shower."
