" Very disappointed with check-in. We did arrive at 230 for 300 check in at 400 we were still waiting and was told they were waiting for rooms to be ready. After multiple times inquiring about room we were told they would upgrade and gave us room on 6th floor. A few of the check in agents were not very friendly. Breakfast staff was great. The overall look of the hotel is gorgeous. The rooms and amenities are all very clean. I’d totally stay here again if i’m ever in the area. "

"Unimpressive from location, condition, cleanliness, staff, parking, and pets. Selected bc pet friendly hotel. NOT pet friendly. Best I could say would be - pet fee. No place for pet to go, no staff could guide us in where to take our pet for the restroom. Massive renovation, hotel empty and open, unlocked rooms on the floor which was just creepy, linens stained and in need of replacing. Carpets old, hallway walls needed repainting. Just pass. The price was enough where even a low end moderate hotel would have been better. I would liken this location to a super8. Just PASS."
