Food is very good. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool very nice. Entertainment does not include non Spanish speaking people , so we were unable to participate. Had to ask everyday for enough towels and wash cloths.

Staff worked hard at keeping things clean and for the most part was very friendly. The low rating is because there were two days that my luggage was gone through and the desk lady (in training) did not seem to care too much about it.
