"Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast was good. Gym and pool were decent, and so was the complimentary high tea every evening. I did not receive the Expdia VIP privilege of complimentary upgrade. The JHind restaurant was very disappointing - average food, terrible service, and unbelievable prices - 700rs for a gulab jamun!"

We had issues with the room, AC, and food service, which left us quite disappointed initially. However, when we met Mr. Arghya Sarkar, everything changed in terms of how we felt as guests. He was extremely polite, patient, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns without interruption and handled the situation with professionalism and empathy. In hospitality, problems can happen — but what truly matters is how they are handled. Mr. Sarkar’s calm demeanor, respectful communication, and sincere effort to make things right made a real difference to us. "The worst hotel u can ever find. 1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM. 2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated. 3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking. 4) Money gone as there was no way of refund. 5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay "
