The suite itself was large, beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The amenities are superb. The staff is excellent- they note your preferences and keep them in mind. "The resort was beautiful and the staff were amazing. Breakfast had great options and was very good. The problem was the water in the shower in my son's room would spill out into the room. The shower in my room kept cutting off. We would be mid shower and .... no water for about 2-3 minutes. The water would also get cold very quickly. "

Our stay included washing and bathing woth elephants along with an elephant safari and pick up via elephant for restaurant if you rang reception."
