"The front staffs had attitude. They did not like to kindly explain about the facilities. I requested the dinner reservation but our table was not booked so we had to wait for an hour. (The restaurant staffs were nice though)."

"Great location. Went with family and booked 3 rooms. The Mediterranean buffet was excellent. Convenient and walkable to shopping. Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. "Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes. "

"The place was great, and the hosts were friendly. However, after we left, they insisted that we hadn't paid yet for the stay. We had paid via hotels.com, with receipts to prove it. They said we still owed the full amount though, and requested my credit card info (red flag) or a bank payment. I told them I had already paid, then ignored the invoice they sent me. It's possible it was a misunderstanding on their end, but I would be cautious about this place and watch out for potential scams..."

"Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Skiurlaub oder sonstigen Urlaub in den Bergen. Der Skilift ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die Restaurants und Geschäfte im Ort sind in ähnlicher fußläufiger Distanz. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut und im Wellnessbereich kann man nach einem Skitag gut entspannen."

"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...
