"Hotel room and the bar were amazing!!! The only thing that was really upsetting is I had a shower, made for someone who needs help. As in, rails and a seat. AND NO TUB. When I turned on the water, to take a shower, instead of the bath I wanted to take, there was no hot water. So I was pretty bummed on that."

"This is a nice place to stay when visiting NYC for a few days. The room was quiet and comfortable and the property is only a block or two from various subway stops. If you drive, the hotel has an agreement with a parking garage just across the street."

"Upon checkin a woman named cassandra was extremely mean and rude. I told her I am very sad because my mom died and she said “so my mom died too” i said yesterday? She said we do not have any rooms until 3:00. It was 6:30 am. I sat in the lobby. Luckily for me a new lady came in around 8 and she gave me my room early. But this was an exasperating experience. Cassandra also said to me that there are other hotels nearby and she had the option whether she wanted to check me in or not. This was very bad. "
