"Having to pay for WiFi in this day and age is a bit of a Netscape /pets.com era policy and Omni could be a little more better about that. And the 187 times I signed up for the “free for members” WiFi was useless since it never worked"

"From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. We had dinner at the Torpedo lounge, and the bar staff was great. We had lunch there as well. The only negative was that the menu was rather limited. "
