Great location and quiet area, lot of shopping and dinning option. The only bad thing is sometimes the hallway have a bad olor like someone cooking and smell horrible but not on your room. And the breakfast was ok. But need to change the waffle mix is nasty and waterly.
Reception agent was courteous and efficient however reservation had not been received from Expedia. A call to Expedia and a referral to a supervisor was able to rectify the situation.
After my son and I got settled in our room, I had trouble logging onto the internet. After a few tries, I was successful and was able to go through my emails. I really like the location of the hotel.
Room had holes in walls . Heater was loud . Breakfast was too late . Couldn't get receipt til check out and no one was around when i checked out . But the price was good .
I had to come to Janesville to plan my sister's funeral. I chose Super 8 because of the location. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. I stayed one night with my son. We really liked the pictures on the walls. We enjoyed watching the tv. In all, I enjoyed the stay.
The ONLY two things I wish were different was someone had smoked in the hallways and I could still smell it. But it seems they tried to fix it by spraying the hallway with something. The second thing is: I wish they used toilet paper that wasn't so inexpensive. I had a bit of diarrhea and that inexpensive paper was just like sand paper on my bottom.
Ok place to sleep on the interstate run by an Indian family. I liked the egg and sausage buns available to microwave at breakfast. I though there was plenty of parking but inconveniently arranged.
Clean room and peaceful surroundings however management was very rude and disrespectful. My vehicle stalled in the parking lot and manager on duty addressed the situation very poorly will not be staying at this location super 8 again.
All in all, my granddaughter and I had a nice time. I like that you don't have all the little plastic bottles, but have your own refillable, but you need to refill them. My granddaughter wanted waffles, but you had NO syrup, hours later, still none, Hey there's a grocery store across the street, go get a bottle.

There is not enough parking. I came back late and had to park in another hotel lot

The room was kind of tatty, and the toilet kept running unless you took off the tank lid and futzed with it. I could have probably asked for something to be done, but it was late, I was tired and I didn't want the extra hassle.

It was OK for 1 night. Bath was small and little room to put toiletries on the minimal counter space. The tub/shower was worn and dingy, there was a squashed ant on the wall next to the bed, which was the first thing I saw when I turned the light on in the room!!! The room was also half way underground, which we ended up being glad for since there was a terrible wind/rain storm that nite! You couldn't really leave the drapes open as everyone can look right into the room and the only safety precaution on the window was a piece of wood moulding to prevent the sliding of the window more than about 3". The bed was good and the room did appear to be clean (other than the squashed ant!). It was quiet. The breakfast was minimal, instant oatmeal, waffles, sweet rolls etc. I doubt we would stay here again.
Front desk person was very friendly and welcoming. The room and the hotel were very clean. The problem I had was all the steps. we were located on the middle level but called 1st Floor. to get to Lobby from outside front there were about 9 steps to go up. From the back there were 7 steps outside and 4-5 more inside. Just too many steps for us. We won't stay there again. But it was a nice place.
