"Very convenient location. Close to SM City and public transportation, lots of dining options, very helpful staff. Wish they provide smaller towels and extra toilet papers. Most places were closed on Holy Thursday so we ordered room service. Food was excellent, esp the Batchoy. Special kudos to Vin Diezel! Have stayed here before and will stay here again."

"On arrival the staff was very friendly and efficient and i reached my room in no time. The room was larger than i expected and with a nice view over the city and SM right across the street. The room was fine, AC efficient, the bed perfect. The toilet room could use a new mirror but soft from that clean and fine. I was too exhausted to go out for dinner and decided to try out the on house restaurant. I was the only guest there but the baby ribs with mashed potatoes were perfectly cooked, exactly what i was after this evening. The breakfast was not included in my booking but it was possible to pay for it in the restaurant. The food offered was mostly, only(?), filippino, with chicken, rice and other dishes. The was brewed coffee which I think not that many were drinking because it seemed to have been brewed since time ago and been left standing. The morning coffee is important! There was also a dessert which I believe was made from coconut and like jelly. It was good."

"This place is ideal if you are whole day away outside for tours and other businesses. I wont recommend this place if you will just stay inside all day long as their wifi is intermittent. Overall value for money is okay if you are in a tight budget exploring the city."

"Cozy stay. Comfortable bed. Nice AC. Hot shower water available. Hair dryer available. Good WiFi. Ample parking. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Note however: bring your own room slippers and hygiene kit. "

"Good breakfast but coffee and juices that were part of the breakfast fell short so we ordered those off the menu at an extra cost. The hotel is Conveniently Close to SM mall. Room was small so we upgraded to a large and clean room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a problem with a slow drain in the shower that they improved but it slowed again on our last day there. Overall, a pleasant stay. "

"I would call this a fleabag hotel. No top sheet. Just a very old worn out blanket. It smells everywhere up and down the halls in the rooms. They have the bar if you want to call it that and the gym. If you want to call it that on the 4th floor. So if you're on the third floor, you get to hear banging and clanking all day long. I did not even stay the night. I left 3 hours after I arrived and that was after I changed rooms. There's no smoking but they're smoking on the 4th floor and the air conditioners carry that Smokey air into your room. Do not recommend and not worth the price at all. Buyer beware. "
