The hotel concierges were most helpful and professional... great representatives of the hotel. Much of the staff seemed bored with their jobs. The beach staff were always accommodating for the guests. Will likely not be back. "

"Landed early and I wasnt able to check in until 3 so I was outside for 3 hours. When I checked in the room was clean it was over powering with bleach. I wasnt a fan of the bathroom . Also the flights up the steps for the roof top is a bit much gota invest in an elevator its also not safe if u are wet. But the staff was great and sweet. Marlon look care of me when I hurt my foot. The front desk were very helpful they hold ur luggage if need be. Bartender Ojay who is no longer there was amazing. Breakfast was ok . I def liked the service . And in great lactation. WiFi was weak though. Airport shuttle Is $25 buy can get cheaper with uber or tours."

"No pool, but the ocean is across the street. 24 hour security on duty. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurants, Starbucks, gift shops and a convenience store all within sight of the stay. Will definitely be back again. "
