This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."

Breakfast included is great (lots of options, fruits, eggs and luncheon meat, different kinds of bread, veggies, yogourt...) Great location, three minutes walk to metro. "Great hotel. Exceptional staff throughout. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location, close to old town, hop on/off bus, shops and restaurants. Lovely views over the water.Close to station but no noise from trains. Only minus points were room a lite hot and no real aircon, plus the handheld part of the shower was a little temperamental. Would certainly recommend."
