"Room was clean and basic. We had a balcony that looked into the sea. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was private and abundant. We came off season so the hotel was empty. Parking was across the street for 5 euro a day. Nice hotel in the Center of town. The restaurant - we had dinner and it was fabulous !!! Homemade soup - delicious. "

"I got a nice upgrade, very clean room, comfortable and a spectacular sea view. Best breakfast ever in a hotel in Croatia! Only issue we had was the room being very hot. I asked to turn the heater off, even though the room was still very hot. Set up the AC on but looks like it was not working. End up sleeping with the windows open. "

"On checking in Natasha on reception was so beautiful, her demeanour, so kind, patient and competent. The room was stunning. The technology within the room was bonus luxury, Perfect location. My only issue I had as a vegetarian was the staff offered me cooked to order options too late however this for me was a minor issue as I made good use of the fabulous gym!!!"

"Room was very clean and the cleaning staff did a fabulous job of tidying up after me and my husband. Beautifully situated right on the beach and a short walk down the beach strand to many restaurants."

"My fifth stay at this hotel and it is a very enjoyable experience. Although the food is in buffet form the standard is very high. The outside dining terrace has splendid views. The new wing adds a third swimming pool which is indoor and outdoor. All pools are heated. The main language used in the hotel is German."

"Lovely old world hotel (completely renovated) across the road from the beach. Used the indoor pool but the balcony outside had only a few chairs and very little room. Our room had a nice sized balcony with a water view but the room (213) was very small with a few design flaws that made it crowded for two. Bathroom very small. Excellent breakfast and good service. Parking was limited but we had a spot for our 4 night stay and surprisingly they didn’t charge us. Disappointed that a 5 star hotel (above $500CAD per night in Sept) wouldn’t include beach chairs. We paid 30Euros each day to have two chairs on the beach. Lots of good dining and shops in walking distance. Clean, good air conditioning and fairly quiet. Bit of noise from the beach bar across the road but it finished at midnight. Overall a very good stay in a great location. "

"It’s an older resort but but it’s clean and comfortable and very reasonable for including breakfast and we did the buffet dinner this time as well and it was delicious and includes beer and wine, the same as the breakfast buffet. it’s a bargain and the beach is awesome! The only downside is there’s no air conditioning so we bought a fan at Spar for $15 and slept comfortably, I would recommend this as a very good deal for the thrifty traveller"
