"This was my first time staying at this particular Holiday Inn in New Orleans, the West Bank Towers location is always my go to, but the Harvey location did not disappoint! We were a little confused about the cleaning of the room request but our stay was awesome. I assume it was because of Mardi Gras but it was fine. Our room was cleaned on the last day of our 5 day stay. Thank you to everyone who made our visit pleasant and comfortable and a special thanks to Ms Debbie in the breakfast lounge. She was very friendly, hospitable, and a pleasure to talk to. See y'all next year Mardi Gras 2027. You're my new favorite Holiday Inn!!!"

"I had a really great stay at Suburban Studios Harvey – New Orleans. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing trip. The staff was friendly and made check-in smooth, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere after long days out in the city. The location was convenient for getting around New Orleans while still feeling calm and safe. Overall, a solid experience and I would definitely stay here again."

"I paid for a KING sized bed, and got 2 full instead. The faucet handle broke and the key card took 30 minutes or more to work. However, the front desk employee named ANNA, was always EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY!! I would go back JUST FOR HER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"
