Room was clean, check in staff were not friendly. There was a miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel actually having the reservation. Meaning we didn’t get the room we paid for.

Jeddah Hilton
Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Salam
Arrived with two large luggages nobody helped me take them from car. Waited 20 minutes to check in— still nobody helped me move luggage to room afterward. Next day tried to call reception to help with luggage, no answer. Poor service all in all; disappointing. Won’t be returning.
